The Quality Evaluator is responsible for monitoring and evaluating inbound and/or outbound calls and other customer contact methods (e.g. email, chat) for accuracy and adherence to established quality standards. - Experience: +1 year in a similar role, ideally in BPO or call center environment
- Languages: Fluent in German and English (at least C1 level) - both verbal and written.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, Good communication skills, Ability to multitask and meet deadlines, Microsoft Office proficiency
