Boeing Global Services is seeking a Quality Systems Specialist to support our Commercial Training Solutions business in Miami, Florida. Join a growing team focused on ensuring quality & compliance across a diverse portfolio of solutions including flight training services, simulator operations, and aircraft maintenance training. This position is perfect for someone passionate about aviation, driven to improve quality, and eager to work in a collaborative environment to deliver world-class services to airline customers and advance global aviation safety.
As part of a global quality organization, you will provide end-to-end quality management guidance to cross-functional teams. Your primary responsibilities will draw on knowledge of quality systems to implement, and sustain robust compliance and improvement activities across the enterprise.
A successful candidate will have proven quality management experience in a services delivery, training, or software business, ideally in the aviation industry, along with strong expertise in internal auditing and process conformance oversight.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Refers to policies, procedures, and practices for guidance.
  • Makes use of and applies Quality practices, techniques, standards, principles, and concepts.
  • Support document control processes, including issuance, revision tracking, access management, and records retention, to maintain quality and compliance
  • Deliver tailored training, coaching, and guidance on audits, root cause analysis, CAPA, continuous improvement, and core quality management principles
  • Partner with stakeholders to define, implement, and maintain meaningful quality metrics and dashboards that enable data-driven decisions and measure process health
  • Plan and execute site, system, and process audits to verify compliance with industry standards (e.g., AS9100), aviation regulation, and customer requirements
  • Works under general supervision, setting objectives and selecting approaches while ensuring consistent, compliant outcomes across assignments
  • Continuously expand your expertise in quality management and best practices to strengthen organizational capability

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience)
  • 3+ years of experience maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS) in a services, training, or software business.
  • 3+ years of experience applying process improvement and problem-solving methodologies (root cause analysis, CAPA)
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to communicate technical and compliance concepts to leadership and technical teams
  • Demonstrated ability to perform audits and generate actionable findings and remediation plans.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience)
  • AS9100 lead auditor certification or equivalent
  • Experience auditing Approved Training Organizations (ATO), Flight Simulation Training Device (FSTD), or Maintenance Training Organizations (MTO)
  • Professional certifications such as ASQ CQA or equivalent
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or higher

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Starting Pay Rate: $78,200 - $105,800
