Job Description

Job Description : We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression for clients, visitors, and employees alike. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk activities including answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling correspondence.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure office security protocols are followed
  • Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and record keeping

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
