Job Description : We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Receptionist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk activities including answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling correspondence.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure office security protocols are followed
• Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and record keeping
