What You’ll Do

The Recruiter will be a direct contributor to Relocity’s growth. As we expand our global footprint, the people we hire fuel everything, and you’ll be at the center of that. This is a high-volume role: you’ll be managing a large and active req load at any given time, working quickly without sacrificing quality. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work collaboratively to source, vet, and build diverse pipelines of qualified candidates, partnering closely with hiring managers to drive the full lifecycle recruiting process and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience. This role is built for someone who takes pride in knowing their work directly shapes the company’s trajectory — self-motivated, people-savvy, and energized by the pace of a scaling startup.

How You’ll Do It
  • Source, recruit, and hire top talent focused on Relocity’s network of contract-based relocation consultants and local experts— this is a high-volume environment where output is measured and performance is tracked against clear metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and offer acceptance rates
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and teams to ensure hiring requirements are understood, anticipated, and met
  • Develop robust candidate pipelines across various cities and generate rapid results in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain clear visibility into pipeline activity and communicate progress proactively
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience through timely, consistent communication at every stage
  • Drive offer processes, including extending offers and creatively closing candidates
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to source qualified and diverse talent
  • Coordinate interviews and keep the hiring process moving efficiently

What Past Experience and Current Skills Will Enable Your Success In This Role?

Who You Are:

A High-Volume Recruiter Who Owns Their Desk

  • You’ve managed large req loads and know how to prioritize, move fast, and still deliver quality. You don’t wait to be told what’s next — you already know.

A People-Savvy Communicator

  • You read people well, build rapport quickly, and know how to match the right candidate to the right opportunity. You’re as comfortable engaging with both active and passive candidates alike, and understand the importance of communicating EVP.

Pipeline-Obsessed and Numbers-Minded

  • You understand that recruiting is a numbers game — and you play it intentionally and tenaciously. You know that the right inputs produce predictable outputs, and you manage your pipeline accordingly. If you need 10 hires, you know how many offers, interviews, and outreach touches it takes to get there. You don’t just react to what’s in front of you; you work the math upstream.

Fluent in the Tools of the Trade

  • You’re comfortable navigating multiple platforms in a single workday and don’t need hand-holding to get up to speed on new tech. You use tools to stay organized, move fast, and communicate clearly — not just because you have to, but because you know they make you better at your job.

Intrinsically Motivated

  • You don’t need external pressure to perform — you hold yourself to a high standard and take ownership of your results. You show up, follow through, and take pride in your work.

Experience and Preferred Qualifications

Required:
  • 3–5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated high-volume hiring experience — this is a must; candidates without this background will not be considered
  • Proven ability to source and hire contract-based, client-facing talent across multiple markets
  • Strong pipeline management skills with the ability to juggle multiple open roles simultaneously
  • Proven sourcing skills and resourcefulness in finding and engaging passive candidates
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting and productivity tools; we work across multiple platforms daily and expect you to hit the ground running — our current stack includes Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Workspace, and Slack, among others.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Comfortable operating in a constantly evolving, startup-style environment

Preferred / Nice to Have
  • Experience recruiting in the DSP (Destination Service Provider) space or the broader global mobility / relocation industry is a STRONG plus
  • Prior experience at a startup or early-stage company

How We Support You and Work-Life Balance
  • Competitive Compensation
  • Paid Time Off
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Remote Workplace
  • Flexible Work Schedules
  • Health, Dental, Vision, LTD Insurance
  • 401(k)

Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000 annual salary
