Navan is seeking an accomplished Recruiter to lead and execute our recruiting strategy for early careers in Central (ATX), building and scaling our early talent and university programs. In this multi-faceted role, you will own the attraction, engagement, and hiring of top-tier early career sales professionals as well as emerging talent from leading universities and beyond. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and partner with our Talent Brand to deliver an exceptional, inclusive, and high-touch candidate experience at every stage of the journey.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for junior sales and early career candidates, including sourcing, assessing, and closing top talent.
- Design, launch, and scale innovative university and early talent programs to build a robust and diverse pipeline across go-to-market teams.
- Collaborate with executives, hiring managers, and recruitment teams to craft tailored strategies that address both immediate and future talent needs.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with universities and campus organizations to elevate Navan’s employer brand and attract high-potential interns and graduates.
- Champion a world-class candidate experience from initial engagement through offer and onboarding.
- Leverage sourcing tools and recruitment data to identify passive candidates and continuously refine programs for optimal results.
- Lead and support employer branding initiatives in partnership with the Talent Brand team, crafting creative campaigns that reflect Navan’s culture and values.
- Drive ongoing recruiting projects and process improvements to meet and exceed hiring goals while upholding high standards of excellence.
- Mentor and support hiring teams on best practices, innovative strategies, and inclusive hiring approaches.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years’ experience in fast-paced, high-growth recruiting environments, with a blend of sales and university/early career recruiting.
- Proven success building and scaling high-performing early talent pipelines, with strong skills in sourcing, ATS systems (such as Greenhouse), and university partnerships.
- Demonstrated commitment to exceptional candidate experience and use of data-driven recruiting strategies.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative approach to employer branding and candidate engagement, consistently delivering innovative talent attraction initiatives.
- Deep passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, with experience driving programs that foster a variety of backgrounds and perspectives.
- Willingness to travel for campus activities and recruiting events as necessary.
- Resilient and adaptive in the face of ambiguity, with a growth mindset and an enthusiastic, solutions-oriented attitude.
