NetBox Labs is seeking a Recruiter with 4+ years of experience. Reporting into the VP of People and Finance, you will accelerate the hiring engine that fuels our business growth.

In this role you will:

  • Drive the end-to-end recruiting process from sourcing to offer across technical and non-technical roles

  • Coordinate interviews, facilitate hiring decisions, and run interviewer training

  • Build and maintain partnerships with hiring managers across the US, UK, and Canada

  • Deliver a delightful candidate experience and represent the NetBox Labs employer brand

  • Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager to build efficient, scalable, and data-driven processes for hiring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years working in a fast paced, early stage (<200 employees) startup environment

  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing technical talent, especially with Python, Go, and enterprise software experience.

  • Experience using Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound, and other job boards

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organization and attention to detail, which are critical to keep up with a high volume of open roles and applicants

  • Creativity, flexibility, and empathy, which are critical to positive candidate experiences

  • Ability to multitask and project manage multiple roles, applicants, and projects

  • Desire to get things done and win the best candidates
