About the Recruiter Position
We’re seeking an experienced Recruiter with outstanding people skills to join our team. As a Recruiter, you’ll help build panel, and identify future target audiences to help build.
You’ll need a wide variety of skills to succeed as a Recruiter: excellent communication skills, knowledge of social media best practices, and superb multitasking and project management skills, among others.
Recruiter Responsibilities- Collaborate with department managers, and project managers to identify target audiences to recruit
- Work with department managers to develop marketing and recruitment campaings
- Utilize multi-modes of recruitment, including, phone, social media, networking. Possible travel may be involved.
- Experience talking to patients and HCPs and working with advocates
- Experience in recruitment and panel management, customer service
- [2+] years experience as a Recruiter
- BA/BS in human resources, business, or related field
- Good with people
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Proficient with applicant tracking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of employment law, both state and federal
