Job Description
Developing and executing strategic sourcing plans to identify and attract top-tier talent, primarily for Patient Advocate roles.
Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels and building a robust talent pipeline.
Conducting thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Managing a positive and efficient candidate experience from initial contact through to offer.
Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their team needs and recruitment goals.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records within their Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Requirements
Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a specific focus on recruiting for the United States market.
Demonstrable success in sourcing, engaging, and hiring qualified candidates.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity.
Qualifications
Prior experience recruiting within the healthcare or medical sector is highly preferred.
Familiarity with using modern ATS platforms and other recruitment tools.
A collaborative, empathetic, and professional demeanor with a strong sense of integrity.
