Job Summary**
The Recruiting Coordinator supports the recruitment team at Primoris Energy Services in Hubbard, TX, by managing administrative tasks, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Job Responsibilities**
* Schedule interviews (phone, virtual, and in-person) for candidates with hiring managers and interview panels, coordinating calendars and sending confirmations.
* Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) by updating candidate statuses, inputting data, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
* Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
* Prepare offer letters, new hire paperwork, and assist with pre-employment screenings (background checks, drug tests) as needed.
* Coordinate travel arrangements for out-of-town candidates.
* Assist with the development and posting of job descriptions on various job boards and career sites.
* Support recruitment events, career fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
* Maintain organized recruitment files and documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
* Generate recruitment reports and provide data as requested by the HR team.
* Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
Job Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
* 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within Human Resources or Recruitment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is highly desirable.
* Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong customer service orientation with a professional and approachable demeanor.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for occasional travel to local recruitment events.
