About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support the full recruiting lifecycle across the business. You'll be the operational backbone of our Talent Acquisition function - keeping candidates, hiring managers, and interview processes moving smoothly and on schedule. This is a great fit for someone who loves creating order out of complexity, thrives on fast-paced coordination work, and wants to build deep expertise in recruiting operations and our ATS (Greenhouse).

Specific Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, calendars, and interview panels, adjusting quickly when plans change
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a timely, professional, and welcoming experience
  • Own day-to-day administration of our ATS (Greenhouse), including requisition setup, pipeline management, interview kit configuration, and data hygiene
  • Draft and send candidate communications, including scheduling confirmations, status updates, and offer letter logistics
  • Coordinate post-interview debriefs and ensure timely feedback collection from interviewers
  • Support job requisition postings across job boards and career sites
  • Assist with sourcing support (resume screening, initial outreach) as capacity allows
  • Help maintain and improve recruiting workflows, templates, and process documentation
  • Support onboarding logistics coordination in partnership with HR, ensuring a smooth candidate-to-employee transition
  • Assist with employer branding efforts (career page updates, social content coordination) as needed
  • Handle confidential candidate and compensation information with discretion
What You'll Need:
  • Minimum of 3 years of Recruiting Coordination, HR Coordination, or related administrative/TA experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with an ATS, Greenhouse preferred; comfortable learning and troubleshooting ATS workflows
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple searches and calendars simultaneously
  • Sharp attention to detail — nothing falls through the cracks on your watch
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interfacing with candidates and senior stakeholders alike
  • A proactive, "no task too small" mindset with a genuine interest in growing a career in Talent Acquisition
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with sound judgment and discretion
  • Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving team-of-one-adjacent environment
