We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruitment efforts and help us find top talent. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a passion for connecting people with opportunities.

**The pay for this role is $16-$18/hr.**

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates for a variety of roles.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
  • Draft and post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Provide administrative support for recruitment-related tasks and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Discretion in handling confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong customer service background.
  • Previous experience using an applicant tracking system or HR software.
  • Experience in a recruiting or HR support role is a plus,but not required.
