The Work You'll Do:

Are you ready to launch your career in Talent Acquisition? As a Recruiting Coordinator at Sovos, you'll be the organizational backbone of our global hiring efforts—ensuring candidates have an exceptional experience from first interview to first day. You'll work alongside a collaborative, international team that's passionate about finding great talent to help Sovos continue transforming tax compliance for over 100,000 customers worldwide. If you're detail-oriented, energized by variety, and excited to learn the ins and outs of recruiting, we want to hear from you.

More specifically, you will:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams alike
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding activities, helping new team members feel welcomed and prepared from day one
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and answering questions with professionalism and warmth
  • Support Talent Acquisition team members with administrative tasks, reporting, and special projects as needed
  • Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data integrity across all recruiting activities
  • Partner with global colleagues to coordinate hiring efforts and learn best practices from teams around the world
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, bringing fresh ideas to enhance efficiency and candidate experience

What We Need From You

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—you're comfortable speaking with people at all levels and presenting information clearly
  • A process-oriented mindset with keen attention to detail
  • Comfort working in a global environment and collaborating across different time zones and cultures
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with applicant tracking systems or HR software is a plus but not required
  • A genuine interest in talent acquisition, human resources, or people operations—no prior experience necessary, just a willingness to learn and grow
  • A positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check and drug test upon hire

We expect that this role will pay a base salary of $50,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and location.  While we are committed to giving an overview of compensation, salary is just one component of our comprehensive Total Rewards package.  We offer a host of additional benefits, which include:
