Recruiting Specialist (Talent Acquisition Coordinator)
Austin, TX | Talent Acquisition

YETI is looking for a highly organized Recruiting Specialist to keep our hiring engine running strong. You’ll schedule interviews, coordinate travel, keep our ATS clean, and support recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a seamless candidate experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Schedule virtual and onsite interviews with accuracy and speed
  • Coordinate candidate travel and logistics
  • Maintain clean, accurate ATS data and process flow
  • Support assessments, background checks, and offer operations
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring on track
  • Assist with recruiting events and team operations

What You Bring:

  • 1–3 years in recruiting coordination or talent operations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Experience with ATS tools (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
  • A service‑minded, detail‑driven approach
