BJAK is scaling hiring across multiple teams and markets.

We are looking for Recruitment Admin Executives to help keep our hiring pipeline moving every day. This role is focused on screening profiles, scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, updating hiring trackers and clearing recruitment backlogs quickly.

This is not a passive admin role. We need fast, organized and reliable people who can handle high-volume hiring coordination and make sure no candidate gets stuck in the process.

The Mission

Help BJAK move hiring faster by taking over daily recruitment admin, screening and pipeline follow-up work, so recruiters and hiring managers can focus on interviews and decision-making.

What You’ll Own

  • Screen candidate profiles based on fixed role criteria and shortlist signals.

  • Move candidates across hiring stages daily, including pending to screen, pending to schedule, pending interview, pending offer, pending documents and pending follow-up.

  • Schedule interviews quickly across candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.

  • Follow up with candidates on availability, documents, interview status, next steps and questions.

  • Chase missing interview notes, feedback and hiring decisions.

  • Keep recruitment trackers accurate, updated and easy to understand.

  • Send a clear daily hiring pipeline report covering backlog, progress, blockers and next actions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong admin, coordination, recruitment, HR or operations experience.

  • Fresh graduates with strong organization, speed and follow-up discipline are welcome.

  • Able to manage many candidates, roles and follow-ups without losing track.

  • Fast with messages, scheduling, spreadsheets and daily updates.

  • Comfortable screening CVs based on clear criteria.

  • Clear written communication with candidates and internal teams.

  • Reliable, detail-oriented and able to work under hiring pressure.

You’ll Thrive Here If You

  • Like clearing backlogs and closing loops.

  • Are fast, organized and disciplined with follow-ups.

  • Can work from a tracker and keep it clean every day.

  • Are comfortable repeating important tasks without getting careless.

  • Do not wait to be chased before updating people.

  • Can spot stuck candidates and move them forward quickly.

  • Take pride in making the hiring process faster and more reliable.

This Role Is Not For

  • People who are slow to reply.

  • People who forget follow-ups.

  • People who are careless with trackers.

  • People who need repeated reminders before taking action.

  • People who cannot handle high-volume coordination.

  • People who get overwhelmed when many candidates are moving at once.

  • People who think admin work is not important.

Success Looks Like

  • Candidate backlogs reduce every day.

  • Pending-to-screen and pending-to-schedule queues are cleared faster.

  • Candidates receive timely replies and next steps.

  • Interview scheduling becomes smoother and more reliable.

  • Offers and document requests are followed up properly.

  • Recruiters and HR have more time for interviews and hiring decisions.

  • Daily hiring reports are clear, accurate and useful for management.

We assess candidates across two areas:

  • Speed, organization and follow-up discipline.

  • Ability to manage hiring trackers, candidate communication and daily recruitment backlogs.

The process usually includes application review, one to two interviews and a short practical task where relevant.

We value speed and transparency, and will move quickly when there is a strong fit.
