In this role, you will manage end-to-end campaign execution, coordinate cross-functional projects, and optimize marketing efforts to attract high-quality candidates. RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Own and manage recruitment marketing projects, ensuring initiatives are organized, prioritized, and delivered on schedule.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns from planning through execution, aligning stakeholders on objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Oversee the creation, production, and distribution of organic and paid content across multiple talent acquisition channels.
- Manage the recruitment marketing content pipeline and collaborate with content creators to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance across job boards, paid advertising, social media, email marketing, and other sourcing channels.
- Generate actionable insights from campaign data and recommend optimization strategies to improve candidate attraction and conversion.
- Partner closely with recruiters, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and successful project execution.
- Maintain campaign documentation, performance reports, and project updates to support continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, talent acquisition marketing, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience tracking and optimizing marketing campaigns using performance metrics and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience managing content calendars and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or high-growth technology organizations.
- Familiarity with paid recruitment advertising, job board marketing, and programmatic recruitment campaigns.
