The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Marketplace Manager to serve as a primary catalyst for our platform's growth. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for scaling the volume and quality of job opportunities available to our elite talent network.
As we solidify our position as the world's leading fractional marketplace, you will play a pivotal part in our US expansion strategy, directly contributing to the success of both scaling startups and experienced executives. Key Responsibilities
- Strategically source and onboard high-quality, paid fractional positions to the Connectd platform to ensure a consistent flow of opportunities.
- Cultivate and expand partnerships with startup networks and ecosystems to drive organic referrals and platform growth.
- Execute proactive account management to re-engage existing partners and secure new recruitment mandates.
- Spearhead the development of our regional partner network in Austin/Texas, collaborating with local recruiters and firms to increase listing volume.
- Represent Connectd at major industry events, including TechWeeks across the US, to establish a strong nationwide presence and forge strategic relationships.
