Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization’s vision and strategic direction by designing, developing, and operating automation solutions based on Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP). Each day, you will apply your technical expertise to automate complex IT processes, improve service reliability, and increase operational efficiency across the organization. You will act as a key technical expert and trusted advisor for automation services.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Proactively supporting the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of the service for your area of responsibility and cross-functional processes related to Information Systems services.

  • Identifying, consolidating, and reporting any inefficiencies or improvement opportunities.

  • Reviewing requirements and specifications and identifying those that require action within your scope of responsibility.

  • Installing and testing new versions and investigating and coordinating the resolution of potential and actual service problems.

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or similar.

  • At least 6+ years of experience working with Ansible and AAP.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Ansible and AAP, including playbook developments, managing roles, inventories and workflows.

  • Proven experience in automation, systems engineering, DevOps or/ and Infrastructure operations.

  • Solid understanding of Python, Linux and Windows systems, networking fundamentals, and enterprise IT environments.

  • Good knowledge of version control (Git) and automation best practices.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze failures, optimize automation , and propose improvements.

  • Advanced English Level is required.
