POSITION SUMMARY

We're looking for a tenured, relationship-first Channel Manager to grow our partner ecosystem across a regional territory. You already have a network of trusted CX partners, TSDs, VARs, MSPs, and independent agents, and a track record of turning those relationships into revenue.

This is a high-autonomy, regional-first role: you'll own your territory, build strategic plans with your top partners, and be the connective tissue between Broadvoice and the channel.

Broadvoice is actively shifting from SMB to midmarket. The ideal candidate has experience positioning CCaaS/UCaaS solutions to midmarket buyers (50-750 seats) and can coach partners to do the same.

This successful candidate for this position must be in Southern California (USA)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner Management & Growth

  • Leverage your existing partner network to immediately source and close new pipeline
  • Recruit, onboard, and activate new strategic CX partners, TSDs, VARs, MSPs, and independent agents and build relationships with TSD leadership to grow mindshare and deal flow
  • Develop joint business plans with top partners covering revenue targets, enablement milestones, and co-sell activities
  • Identify partners best positioned to penetrate midmarket accounts and invest your time accordingly

Sales Enablement & Support

  • Educate and train partners on Broadvoice and GoContact solutions, competitive positioning, and the midmarket sales motion
  • Attend sales calls with partners, conduct negotiations during the sales cycle, and assist in closing opportunities with end-users
  • Host and facilitate partner events, webinars, and field days to drive engagement and pipeline
  • Differentiate Broadvoice from the competition through consistent communication and continuously updated selling tools

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to align on territory strategy and partner needs
  • Deliver accurate forecasts, pipeline updates, and QBR-ready reporting to leadership
  • Represent Broadvoice at industry events, trade shows (2-3 annually), and partner meetings
  • Surface partner and market feedback to inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategy

Execution

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of partners with minimal oversight
  • Work with Sales Operations, Customer Experience, and Business Support to resolve partner and customer escalations
  • Travel 30-50% to support partner visits, TSD events, field activities, and trade shows
  • Enhance and promote the Broadvoice brand as an ambassador in all partner and customer interactions

Performance & Metrics

  • Hit quarterly revenue quota via partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
  • Drive net-new partner activations each quarter and maintain a 5-7x pipeline coverage ratio
  • Grow regional account pipeline and closed-won revenue month over month
  • Report pipeline health weekly via Salesforce; participate in forecast calls

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Sales-oriented and customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for partner success
  • 5-7+ years in a channel sales or partner management role within the CCaaS/UCaaS ecosystem
  • Established, active relationships with TSDs, VARs, MSPs, and/or independent agents in your region
  • Expert-level understanding of Contact Center (CCaaS) and Unified Communications (UCaaS) solutions
  • Proven success selling and/or enabling partners to sell into midmarket accounts
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM for pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking, and virtual meeting platforms
  • Exceptional rapport-building, communication, and follow-up skills, including presenting to individuals or groups in person and virtually
  • Reliable personal transportation; ability to travel a minimum of 30-50%
