At SimonMed Imaging, the Regional Clinical Manager provides leadership and oversight for assigned modalities and locations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-performing clinical operations. This role is responsible for managing technologist and assistant teams, supporting equipment functionality, and driving performance improvement across the region.

What You Bring

    Clinical operations leadership: You oversee daily modality operations across multiple sites, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of imaging services.

    Performance and quality focus: You monitor equipment performance and QA for X-ray, MRI, and CT systems while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

    Regulatory and safety accountability: You ensure adherence to clinical policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements across all assigned locations.

    Collaborative leadership style: You partner with operations directors, radiologists, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve issues, support patient concerns, and align operational priorities.

    Strong scheduling and workforce management skills: You optimize staffing, manage schedules, approve PTO and overtime, and ensure appropriate coverage based on patient volume and operational needs.

    People leadership and team development: You recruit, onboard, train, and retain technologists and technologist assistants while managing performance, behavior, and competency standards.

You’re a Strong Fit If You Have

    • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, radiologic sciences, nursing, or related field preferred
    • Extensive experience in radiology or imaging operations required
    • Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical environment strongly preferred
    • Strong understanding of multi-modality imaging operations (X-ray, CT, MRI)
    • Experience in staffing, scheduling, and workforce optimization
    • Knowledge of clinical compliance, safety standards, and QA processes
    • Experience working with radiologists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
    • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills
    • Ability to manage multiple sites, priorities, and operational demands

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

    • Regional leadership role with travel between assigned imaging sites
    • Combination of onsite clinical environments and administrative/office work
    • Frequent interaction with staff, leadership, and clinical teams across locations
    • Ability to adapt to fast-paced, variable healthcare operational settings
