We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive performance and achieve company goals.

You will be responsible for mentoring and guiding our sales teams, building strategic relationships, and enhancing the overall effectiveness of our sales operations.


Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar leadership role
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Willingness to travel as required
