Regional Director

What You’ll Do

 
  • Sell Canvas to new clients across the assigned territory

  • Provide valuable insights to help prospects evaluate different solutions effectively

  • Prepare and tailor messaging for prospective clients, guiding them through the purchasing process to meet agreed-upon timelines

  • Accurately forecast your quarterly and annual performance

  • Develop sales strategies to increase your client pipeline and drive growth

  • Navigate complex organizations to build relationships with key decision-makers and buyers

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas within the specified time frames

  • Collaborate with other Regional Directors and clients in the field to gain referrals and expand market share

  • Log accurate account and activity information into Salesforce CRM in a timely manner

 

What You’ll Need

 
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in enterprise software or SaaS

  • Experience selling at all levels, including to “C” suite and executive stakeholders

  • Understanding of educational pedagogy and the process of selling an LMS is a plus

  • Excellent strategic and consultative sales skills; Challenger Sales Methodology training strongly preferred

  • Ability to conduct detailed needs analysis and develop comprehensive proposals

  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

  • Located in Texas

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or a related field preferred
