You will support regional-focused initiatives while collaborating with our national marketing team to deliver strategies and assets for OneDigital’s insurance, HR, and financial services solutions. You will have opportunities to manage a wide variety of marketing projects—including building the brand, managing campaigns to drive lead generation, developing thought leadership content, planning and executing industry events, developing print collaterals and website messaging, and executing marketing automation activities.
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to design and deliver remarkable prospect client experiences that drive business growth. This role supports the Regional Growth Marketing team and reports to the Regional Director of Growth Marketing.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide support for the development and execution of the region’s growth marketing initiatives to meet dynamic sales goals for the region.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored, high-impact RFP responses, ensuring that all proposals are compelling, clear, and aligned with prospect needs while highlighting the company’s unique value proposition.

  • Maintain and update the RFP platform and library of responses, ensuring all content is organized, easily accessible, and aligned with the latest company offerings, allowing for efficient and accurate proposal development.

  • Lead the creation and delivery of persuasive finalist PowerPoint presentations, partnering closely with producers and sales teams to craft messaging that resonates with prospective clients and positions the company as the ideal partner.

  • Work directly with producers and sales teams to support lead generation and close sales opportunities, providing insights, data, and strategic recommendations that move prospects through the sales funnel.

  • Collaborate on brand awareness activities in the region, including regional growth enablement resources, key market messaging and execution.

  • Curate and produce regional content across channels (web, email, social, print) with crisp messaging and on-brand visuals.

  • Translate complex topics into clear, compelling narratives and CTAs.

  • Plan and support regional growth events (owned and sponsored): pre-event promotion, onsite assets, lead capture, and post-event follow-up workflows

  • Partner with Sales, Client Services, and IT to manage and refresh prospect lists and CRM/automation data for precise targeting and reporting.

The ideal candidate:

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience (professional services or Insurance/Financial Services a plus)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field of study

  • High level of proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Canva; expert PowerPoint.

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar Marketing Automation tool), Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or similar CRM), and project management tools (Monday.com/Asana).

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns, projects, etc., simultaneously

  • Familiarity with paid media execution/optimization (Google/LinkedIn) and UTM discipline.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Collaborative, resourceful, and data-curious—comfortable making recommendations from insights.

  • Growth mindset: seeks feedback, learns quickly, and raises the bar.

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $75,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year.
