Aroa Biosurgery is a soft-tissue regeneration company that develops, manufactures, sells, and distributes medical and surgical products to improve healing in complex wounds and soft tissue reconstruction. About the Role:

As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading sales growth and market expansion of AROA’s products within your territory. You’ll develop and execute strategic sales plans, lead and inspire a high-performing team, and build strong partnerships with clinicians, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and distributors. This is a leadership role where your ability to combine strategy, people leadership, and relationship management will directly impact business success and patient care.

*Preferred to be based in Phoenix AZ, Denver CO, or California

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve growth targets
  • Identify new opportunities and optimize market positioning 
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Build strong relationships with clinicians, customers, and key stakeholders
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing and product teams
  • Represent AROA at industry events and conferences
  • Monitor performance, report on results, and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and uphold ethical standards
  • Lead by example through regular field engagement, providing coaching and strategic support to the sales team in operating room and clinical settings

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years’ sales experience in the medical device industry 
  • At least 2 years in a leadership or management role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and regulatory environment
  • Inspiring leader who can motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong collaborator with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering better patient outcomes
