Regional Marketing & Growth Manager, LatAm

Location: São Paulo or remote in Brazil, OR based in SF Bay Area with experience in the LatAm market

Capacity: Full-time

TL;DR: Own OpenArt’s growth in LatAm. Set the regional strategy, build our local presence, and execute across digital marketing, creators, community, partnerships, and events.

About OpenArt

We built OpenArt for people who have a vision but not a studio, and creators who have a story but not an entire production team.

Today, OpenArt is one of the fastest-growing AI creative platforms, helping millions of people create images, videos, stories, ads, and other creative content with AI.

OpenArt is #12 on a16z’s Top 50 Consumer AI Apps by Monthly Revenue, was selected as one of just five companies in the 2026 Disney Accelerator, and was recognized by Notable Capital’s Prosumer AI 40 as one of the 40 most innovative AI-native companies.

We’re a small, ambitious team that moves fast, takes ownership, and builds without waiting for a playbook.

About the Role

We’re hiring our first dedicated marketing and growth lead for LatAm, starting with Brazil.

You’ll own how OpenArt reaches, earns the trust of, and grows with creators in your market. You’ll decide which audiences to prioritize, which channels to invest in, which partnerships to build, and how to turn local interest into active users and paying customers.

You should have spent years working in the market and be closely connected to its creative and digital culture. You know what people are watching, sharing, and making; which communities and voices matter; and how people discover and adopt new products.

This is a hands-on role with broad ownership. You should be comfortable setting a regional plan, writing campaign copy, recruiting creators, organizing a workshop, and reviewing conversion data. You’ll work closely with our global Growth, Product, Creative, and Marketing teams to bring that plan to life.

You’ll also prioritize expansion into additional markets across the region, building local partnerships and language support as needed.

What You’ll Own
  • Regional strategy and growth. Set priorities, goals, channel plans, and budgets. Use local insights and performance data to guide investment and scale what works.

  • Local campaigns and launches. Execute across social, content, paid acquisition, and relevant local channels. Adapt global launches with messaging, creative, and use cases that resonate.

  • Creators, community, and events. Build local relationships and run partnerships, workshops, meetups, and community programs that drive adoption, advocacy, and referrals.

  • Product and marketing localization. Make our messaging, creative, website, and product experience feel natural to local users while staying consistent with OpenArt’s global brand.

  • Regional insights and execution. Bring user feedback and growth opportunities to the global team. Partner on improvements to onboarding, conversion, and retention, and manage local agencies and partners against clear expectations.

Who We’re Looking For
  • 6+ years in marketing, growth, or go-to-market roles, ideally with consumer technology, SaaS, subscription products, or creative tools.

  • Substantial experience working in Brazil or LatAm. You have deep local knowledge, current relationships, and a strong understanding of its social platforms, creator culture, consumer behavior, and marketing channels.

  • A track record of measurable growth. You can explain what you owned, what you tried, and how it affected user acquisition, adoption, conversion, or revenue.

  • Versatile execution. You have delivered across several areas such as digital campaigns, creator partnerships, community, events, and product launches, and are comfortable learning the rest.

  • Strong localization judgment. You know how to adapt a global brand to local expectations across messaging, creative, and the user experience.

  • Creative and analytical ability. You can give useful feedback on an ad or video and use performance data to decide what to test next.

  • Independent ownership. You can prioritize, manage partners, and move projects forward across teams and time zones.

  • Active interest in AI creativity. You’re curious about how people use AI tools and willing to use the product yourself.

Even Better If You
  • Have helped a global product establish or expand its presence in your market.

  • Bring existing relationships with creators, communities, agencies, or local platforms.

  • Have experience marketing AI, video, design, or other creative tools.

  • Have built successful referral, affiliate, ambassador, or education programs.

  • Have managed growth across multiple countries or languages.

  • Spanish proficiency and experience in Latin American markets beyond Brazil are strongly preferred

Why OpenArt

You’ll shape how an entire market discovers and experiences OpenArt.

You’ll have room to build local relationships, experiment with new ideas, and influence both the product and how we bring it to market. Your work will connect a global AI creative platform with the people and communities who can make it part of their everyday creative lives.
