We are seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Manager to continue growing our US marketing presence in Austin, Texas. In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic business partner to our US regional team and US CRO, collaborating closely on go-to-market strategy, regional growth, and alignment with our company’s vision. As the first marketing professional on the ground in the US, you will work directly with our headquarters team of 30 based in Europe to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to drive revenue and demand generation, and brand awareness in the US market.
- Serve as a strategic marketing partner to the US CRO and regional sales teams, ensuring strong alignment on business goals and pipeline development.
- Collaborate with global marketing at HQ and our GTM agency to tailor and execute performance campaigns for the US market, utilizing a broad mix of digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Foster relationships with industry partners, associations, and influencers in the finance field.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute webinars, field events, and industry conferences, including logistics, audience acquisition, and speaker management.
- Communicate strategies, campaign plans, and results across regional and global teams for maximum impact and alignment.
- Analyze key marketing metrics and campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future investments.
- Continually monitor US and industry trends to refine messaging and marketing tactics.
- Focus on driving Pipeline and MRR (monthly recurring revenue) through effective marketing mix and campaign execution.
- Grow and position the AGICAP brand as a leader in cash flow management software within the US market.
- Independently manage a variety of marketing projects, such as producing customer case studies and video testimonials, from ideation through completion.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in field marketing or regional marketing roles, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology sectors.
- Demonstrated success working as a key business partner to sales, country managers, and cross-functional stakeholders on regional strategy.
- Entrepreneurial, highly sales-oriented approach with a proven ability to thrive in a start-up or fast-growing environment.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Experience with HubSpot and event/webinar tools is preferred.
- Strong ability to work independently, prioritize workloads, and drive multiple projects simultaneously to completion.
- Experience collaborating across international teams and cultures.
- Passionate team player who takes initiative and is motivated to achieve both personal and team goals.
- Bonus: Experience working with US and/or global SaaS companies; familiarity with cash flow or financial management solutions is a plus.
