This position covers jurisdictions across Pennsylvania and Ohio and will require 50% travel to those assigned regions. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

 

The Regional Network Manager: 

  • Serves as the primary liaison at Youth Villages for all interactions between the implementing partner organization and Youth Villages 

  • Acts as main point of contact for partner and facilitates the support they need from Youth Villages team to implement Youth Villages programs successfully 

  • Coordinates with Licensed Program Experts (who provide ongoing clinical support and training to implementing partners) and Program Implementation Specialists (who provide short-term support and training during start-up operations) 

  • Manages the re-certification and program implementation plan process for implementing partners and ensures high rate of retention of partners

  • Coordinates involvement of implementing partner leadership staff in executive and program level network meeting and partner convening 

  • Leads network calls and supports planning and execution of implementing partner convening 

  • Supports high quality implementation of Youth Villages programs 

  • ​Reviews key program indicators (e.g. discharge location, census, staffing levels and ratios) with key leadership monthly

  • Ensures that areas of low fidelity or where program indicator benchmarks not met are being addressed by implementing provider leadership and provide appropriate level of support 

  • Develops a plan to address red flag areas or those with low scores on the annual fidelity review to ensure progress on needed dimensions 

  • Supports growth of Youth Villages programs through implementing partners, specifically ensuring census targets are being met and sustainable funding secured 

  • Supports implementing partners in developing and executing strategies for growth and expansion of Youth Villages programs and multi-year program implementation 

  • Has expert level knowledge of the local environment, key influencers, strong providers and current array of services and funding for the target population 

  • Builds relationships with key public, private, legislative, and advocacy stakeholders in coordination with implementing providers to support advocacy for sustainable funding 

  • Helps identify and attract ongoing funds from local government and foundations/private individuals to cover the cost of the program (e.g., legislation, public agency contract, local grants) 

  • Collaborates with assigned business development specialist and strategy to develop state specific growth and expansion strategy 

  • Serves as the primary liaison at Youth Villages for all interactions between the public agency partner and Youth Villages 

  • Acts as the main point of contact for the public agency project lead 

  • Cultivates and maintains high quality relationships with all public agency partner staff 

  • Coordinates with other Youth Villages departments (including research, clinical services, and BPP) to support public agency partner project planning and implementation 

  • Performs other duties as assigned 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Master's degree in a social services discipline, public health, or business administration (preferred) 

  • Bachelor's degree (required) 

  • Business acumen in launching programs and achieving sustainable program expansion (strongly preferred) 

  • Knowledge of Youth Villages’ programs and ability to identify/address red flags in implementation (preferred) 

  • Strong ability to quickly forge trusting relationships across a diverse set of stakeholders 

  • Attention to detail in identifying program quality issues  

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 

  • Excellent written, verbal, and oral skills  

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously  

  • Basic computer knowledge  

  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule
