What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop people managers across multiple operational sites, ensuring strong leadership, engagement, and consistent execution.
- Own regional operational performance by defining, tracking, and improving key metrics related to quality, compliance, productivity, and cost.
- Standardize and scale operating procedures, best practices, and training programs across fulfillment centers to support growth and efficiency.
- Lead new market launches end to end, including site readiness, staffing plans, process design, vendor coordination, and execution against timelines.
- Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Human Resources, Facilities, Product, Engineering, and Information Technology teams to implement operational improvements and new initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lottery authorities, regulators, vendors, and external partners to support compliant and reliable operations.
- Identify operational risks and opportunities through data, hands-on observation, and real-time problem solving, driving continuous improvement across the region.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience leading multi-site operations, including direct management of people leaders across multiple markets.
- Proven ability to scale operational models, lead through change, and improve performance using data and clearly defined KPIs.
- Strong program management skills, with experience launching new sites, markets, or business lines in complex environments.
- Working knowledge of OSHA standards, employment law, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Comfort using data and operational systems to diagnose issues and inform decisions, including hands-on troubleshooting when needed.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python, with the ability to leverage data for operational insights.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 50% throughout the United States, including occasional nights and weekends.
