About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Sales Director, Enterprise to lead a high-growth team and drive predictable revenue in the segment of customers with 501-5,000 employees.

You will combine elite sales execution with a talent for coaching and scaling operations. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in the data ecosystem and thrives in building collaborative, scalable sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Strategy & Execution

  • Own enterprise new business and expansion targets, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline health.

  • Execute GTM initiatives and personally support high-impact, strategic deals to ensure closure.

  • Drive disciplined CRM usage and data-driven decision-making to optimize sales performance.

Leadership & Team Growth

  • Lead, recruit, and coach a high-performing team of Account Executives to exceed KPIs.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and hands-on deal coaching.

  • Set clear performance standards and develop career paths for the commercial sales team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing on pipeline generation and Product to share market insights.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and long-term expansion.

  • Refine internal processes to improve efficiency across the commercial segment.

About you
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including 2+ years leading high-performing enterprise teams.

  • Proven track record of exceeding targets in SaaS. Experience in BI, data analytics and/or ETL platforms strongly preferred

  • High agency and comfort driving results within fast-paced, Series A–D environments


Location

We prioritize candidates based in Chicago, Austin, NYC, or Boston. We have physical hubs in SF and Santa Cruz, so if you’re someone who thrives in an office environment, our doors are open!
