About the role:

We are seeking an exceptional Regional Sales Director to join our Revenue team. We’re looking for a Regional Sales Director to deliver strong sales results for our fully and self insured products in the 500-5,000 life segment. This role’s focus is relationship management within our partnership ecosystem of benefits brokers, consultants, general agents and employers.

Where you'll work:

Garner is headquartered in NYC, but this position is available for individuals who are comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to HQ.

What you will do:
  • Own revenue responsibilities for Garner’s fully insured product, focusing on the 200-5,000 life segment
  • Continue and expand on Garner’s existing fully and self insured broker partnerships
  • Develop foundational infrastructure and processes for tracking our fully insured sales and partnership pipeline
The ideal candidate has:
  • Experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales support role
  • Experience in health insurance strongly preferred
  • A desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment with notable upside
  • A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the healthcare system
  • Strong ability to present and communicate a value proposition to external stakeholders
  • A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback

Compensation Transparency:

The target salary range for this position (inclusive of Base + Commission) is $300,000 - $325,000 annually. . This position is also commission eligible. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health and more.
