Prudential Overall Supply is seeking an accomplished Regional Sales Manager - Cleanroom Services to drive profitable new business growth across the Eastern United States.

This field-based sales leadership role will lead and develop Cleanroom Account Executives while actively participating in strategic, enterprise, and multi-location sales opportunities. The Regional Sales Manager will work directly with the sales team on prospecting, account strategy, customer meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closing.

The role also partners closely with Operations and plant leadership to ensure new business can be successfully implemented and delivered. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

This role can be based in Austin, TX, Nashua, NH, Richmond, VA, and Heath, OH.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the regional new-business sales strategy and deliver established growth, revenue, and sales objectives.
  • Develop regional sales plans focused on priority markets, target accounts, enterprise prospects, and competitive opportunities.
  • Drive large, enterprise-level and multi-location opportunities from prospecting through contract closure.
  • Participate directly in strategic customer meetings, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing activities.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Cleanroom Account Executives through field rides, customer visits, pipeline reviews, and opportunity strategy sessions.
  • Establish expectations for prospecting, pipeline development, CRM utilization, forecasting, opportunity progression, and results.
  • Maintain visibility into significant opportunities and ensure clear strategies, next steps, ownership, and paths to closure.
  • Improve pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, sales execution, and conversion of qualified opportunities into signed business.
  • Partner with Operations, plant leadership, Quality, Marketing, Service, and Customer Experience to develop solutions that are commercially and operationally sound.
  • Support the successful transition of newly won customers from contract award through implementation and installation.
  • Monitor competitive activity, customer needs, and market trends affecting cleanroom services and contamination-controlled industries.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention of high-performing Cleanroom sales professionals.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales leadership, strategic account development, or complex consultative selling.
  • Proven record of generating new-business growth and closing significant sales opportunities.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing field-based sales professionals.
  • Experience participating directly in complex, enterprise, or multi-stakeholder sales pursuits.
  • Strong knowledge of pipeline management, CRM utilization, forecasting, territory planning, proposals, presentations, negotiations, and closing.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with customer executives, procurement, technical stakeholders, operational leaders, and senior management.
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into practical commercial and operational solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in cleanroom services, contamination control, pharmaceutical/life sciences, semiconductor, medical device, aerospace, regulated manufacturing, technical services, industrial laundry, uniform rental, or another complex service environment is highly desirable.
Travel

This is a field-oriented regional leadership position requiring regular travel throughout the assigned territory for customer meetings, field coaching, Prudential facility visits, industry events, and other business needs.

Compensation

The expected base salary range is $135,000 to $150,000, with additional bonus or sales incentive opportunity based on final plan design, experience, role scope, and company policy.

Senior-title consideration may be available based on prior experience, demonstrated accomplishments, and leadership scope.
