The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is a high-performing revenue generator driven by winning, closing six-figure deals, and consistently outperforming targets.

In this role, you will combine an entrepreneurial, money-motivated mindset with situational fluency to navigate complex enterprise SaaS sales environments—specifically targeting C-level and HR leadership. As an industry and market expert, you’ll build dynamic portfolio plans, map tailored platform solutions to complex operational challenges, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive aggressive business growth.

What You’ll Do

Pipeline & Portfolio Growth

  • Signal-Led Prospecting: Leverage modern sales tech, contact discovery tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to map accounts, identify decision-makers, and systematically build a high-quality pipeline.

  • Dynamic Portfolio Planning: Utilize platforms like Salesforce and Gong to track buyer engagement, spot expansion signals, and manage pipeline health.

  • Discovery & Value Mapping: Uncover client pain points through natural curiosity, mapping tailored platform capabilities to solve high-value operational challenges.

Deal Execution & Commercial Success

  • Enterprise Deal Driving: Manage complex enterprise sales cycles through clear, direct communication and persuasive storytelling, delivering compelling value propositions to CHROs, VPs of Talent Acquisition, and C-Suite decision-makers.

  • Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate win-win commercial terms with a relentless focus on closing high-value enterprise deals and beating performance quotas.

  • Situational Fluency: Adapt your sales methodology on the fly based on buyer persona, deal stage, and competitive dynamics.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Governance

  • Cross-Team Alignment: Partner seamlessly with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Renewals to maximize total customer value and long-term retention.

  • Pipeline Hygiene & Forecasting: Maintain meticulous CRM data in Salesforce, participate in structured forecasting rhythms, and lead quarterly pipeline reviews to track deal velocity and opportunity health.

  • Conversation Analytics: Actively use Gong to analyze buyer interactions, refine value messaging, and mitigate execution risk.

Qualifications

What You Bring

Experience

  • 5+ years of B2B enterprise SaaS sales experience (HR Tech or HCM experience strongly preferred).

  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding ARR/ACV quotas and closing complex, six-figure enterprise deals.

  • Demonstrated experience selling directly to C-suite HR leadership (e.g., CHROs, VPs of Talent Acquisition).

  • Strong history of executing structured, SMART portfolio action plans.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Skills & Competencies

  • High Sales IQ & Situational Fluency: Ability to read the room, grasp complex business problems, and pivot strategies seamlessly.

  • Competitive & Money-Motivated: Driven by winning, beating targets, and commercial negotiation.

  • Tech Stack Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Outreach).

  • Collaborative Partner: Proven ability to build internal cross-functional trust.
