What Are We Looking For?

SentinelOne is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive with a proven track record of driving customer success and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise solutions in the security and observability space and experience managing complex accounts. You will be pivotal in building and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring their success while expanding Observo AI’s footprint in APJ.

What Will You Do?
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive a world-class experience.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales, engineering, and product teams to align customer needs with Observo AI’s offerings.
  • Understand customer objectives and develop strategic account plans to achieve both customer success and business goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize customer ROI and  revenue.
  • Provide insights on market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and strategy.
What Skills and Knowledge Should You Bring?
  • 10+ years of experience in account management, with at least 4 years selling Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tooling
  • Proven experience in managing large enterprise accounts, particularly in the security, observability, security, or performance management sectors.
  • Deep reseller network with proven wins and collaboration with the largest regional and national cybersecurity reseller community
  • Background in working for a startup and navigating the unique challenges and opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team setting.
