Department Overview
The Sales team at CRFS Cambridge drives global growth by delivering industry-leading spectrum monitoring and electronic warfare solutions to defense, regulatory, and security agencies. They bridge the gap between complex RF engineering and client requirements, ensuring partners have the actionable intelligence needed to manage and secure the airwaves.
Job Description

As the Sales Manager for Poland, you will be the strategic lead for CRFS in one of Europe’s most critical defense markets. You will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities within the Polish Ministry of National Defense (MON), the Polish Armaments Group (PGZ), and various internal security agencies, ensuring our RFeye ecosystem is the standard for Polish signals intelligence and border security:

  • Design and execute a multi-year growth strategy for Poland

  • Align CRFS technology with the specific tactical needs of the Polish Armed Forces, focusing on border protection, anti-drone (C-UAS) operations, and NATO interoperability.

  • Act as the primary subject matter expert in-country. You will deliver technical briefings on signal processing and EW to Polish technical leads, program managers, and military commanders.

  • Lead the response to complex Polish public tenders. You will navigate the Polish Public Procurement Law (PZP) and offset requirements, moving deals from RFI stage to final contract signature.

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with local Polish defense integrators and distributors to extend CRFS’s reach across the CEE region.

  • Act as the strategic link between Polish end-users and our UK-based engineering teams to ensure our product roadmap reflects the unique challenges of the "Eastern Flank."

Basic Requirements
  • Experience: 7–10 years of experience in high-end technical sales or business development within the Defense, Aerospace, or Electronic Warfare sectors in Poland.

  • Clearance: Must hold (or be eligible for) Polish National Security Clearance (Secret or higher). EU/Polish citizenship is required.

  • Technical Proficiency: A strong grasp of RF principles, SIGINT, or Spectrum Management. You should be comfortable explaining why a 100MHz real-time bandwidth matters to a tactical commander.

  • The "Rolodex": An established network within the Polish Ministry of National Defense (MON), the Inspectorate of Armament, or major Polish defense contractors (e.g., WB Group, PGZ).

  • Language: Native-level fluency in Polish and professional proficiency in English for collaboration with global HQ.
