Regional Account Executive
Remote – United States (Preference for CA, PA, NY, CT, IN, or MI)
SecureVision is hiring a Regional Account Executive for one of our technology partners leading the transformation of industrial and manufacturing operations. This company empowers global organizations with AI-driven insights into machine and process health—helping them improve efficiency, sustainability, and performance across production environments.
The Role
You’ll drive new business within the manufacturing, industrial, and supply chain sectors through a consultative, velocity-based sales motion. As part of a collaborative pod structure—including SDRs, Customer Success Managers, Sales Engineers, and Enterprise AEs—you’ll build relationships, close deals, and shape how leading enterprises adopt innovative technology.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, targeting business unit and enterprise-level customers
- Collaborate with SDRs and Account Executives to grow pipeline and revenue across your territory
- Partner with Sales Engineers to deliver impactful product demonstrations
- Maintain accurate forecasts and account plans in Salesforce
- Contribute to strategic planning, team collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and test new selling strategies that drive measurable growth
- Travel up to 75% as needed for client meetings, industry events, and team collaboration
What You Bring
- 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience with a record of success in manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain sectors
- Expertise in MEDDIC or Challenger-based sales methodologies (strongly preferred)
- Strong hunter mentality with a focus on acquiring new customers
- Collaborative approach; able to lead within a team-based sales model
- Resourceful, self-directed, and driven by measurable results
- Excellent communication, organization, and executive-level presentation skills
Compensation and Benefits
- Target OTE: $160,000–$240,000 (60/40 base + variable)
