Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced enterprise software sales professional to drive growth in the Northeastern U.S. and Canada. The Regional Software Sales Account Manager will be responsible for selling FacilityForce’s IWMS platform to state agencies, large cities, and counties with complex facility operations.


You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing complex software deals. While you will own the sales process, you will be supported by a strong internal team including Sales Engineers for demos and Proposal Coordinators for RFP responses.

Job Description:

What You’ll Do

• Drive net new enterprise software sales within your territory

• Build strong relationships with decision-makers at the state, provincial, and large municipal government level

• Conduct intelligent outreach, schedule onsite meetings, and represent FacilityForce at trade shows and industry events

• Own the deal cycle end-to-end, coordinating with Sales Engineers for product demos and technical deep dives

• Collaborate with Proposal Coordinators to deliver high-quality responses to RFPs/RFIs

• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with existing customers to identify expansion opportunities

• Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity records in our CRM
 

Minimum Qualifications

3–5+ years of full-cycle enterprise software sales experience (Required)

Proven success closing deals over $100K+ ACV with multi-stakeholder buying committees

Experience selling SaaS or on-premise B2B software to complex organizations (e.g., ERP, IWMS, HCM, or similar)

Formal sales training in consultative sales methodologies, such as: The Challenger Sale / Challenger Customer

Strong written and verbal communication skills across executive, business, and technical audiences

U.S. work authorization
 

Preferred Experience

  • Prior success selling into state, provincial, or local government agencies

  • Experience with IWMS, ERP, or public-sector operational platforms

  • Background at firms like Gartner, Forrester, or similar business intelligence or research providers

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
