Strategic Leadership & Operational Execution

  • Champion the Havenpark operating model, seamlessly integrating newly acquired communities through the successful execution of 100-day plans.
  • Own the financial health of your portfolio, maintaining positive NOI through diligent oversight of community P&Ls, annual budgets, and capital projects.
  • Lead the charge in sales and leasing, understanding pipeline metrics and implementing initiatives to drive consistent, positive results.
  • Ensure every community reflects our commitment to excellence by overseeing curb appeal, vendor management, and rehabilitation projects to the highest standards.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Inspire, coach, and develop your direct reports—On-Site Community Managers and Sales & Leasing personnel—to reach their full potential.
  • Foster a culture of clear communication, high expectations, and unwavering support through regular 1:1s, staff meetings, and strategic guidance.
  • Serve as the vital link between our Home Office and community teams, facilitating collaboration and ensuring a free flow of information and feedback.
  • Build a high-performing team by effectively evaluating talent and making strategic staffing decisions that elevate our operations.

Resident & Employee Experience

  • Be the champion of a customer-centric culture, creating an environment where both residents and employees feel valued and heard.
  • Proactively address resident needs, ensuring concerns are resolved with speed and empathy.
  • Promote and support employee engagement initiatives that build a strong, unified team dedicated to our mission.

Culture & Compliance

  • Lead by example, embodying and reinforcing Havenpark’s core values in every decision and interaction.
  • Ensure unwavering compliance with all work processes, Fair Housing regulations, and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Leadership Expertise: A minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role, with at least 2 years as a Regional or District Manager.
  • Industry Insight: Proven experience in property management is essential; a background in manufactured housing communities or multifamily assets is highly valued.
  • Financial Acumen: A demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth, controlling expenses, and managing P&L statements and budgets.
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-Oriented Mindset: A history of delivering outstanding results, both individually and through the teams you lead.
  • Resilience & Adaptability: The ability to innovate, solve complex problems, and bounce back quickly from setbacks, turning challenges into opportunities.
