We’re Looking For:

 

A Remarketing Coordinator with experience in executing core workflows, managing operational timelines, and ensuring system data accuracy. You will be part of a LaneLink Operations team responsible for supporting the vehicle transport and auction lifecycle. You will be involved in monitoring system queues, validating milestone completion, and coordinating with clients and vendors. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in strong organizational skills, detail-oriented process work, and clear communication. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, recovery, collections, auction operations, or customer service.

 

You Are:

  • Detail-oriented. You are responsible for ensuring data accuracy across internal systems and partner platforms, managing repetitive process work with high precision.

  • Accountable/Responsive. You will demonstrate responsiveness and urgency in issue resolution, proactively identifying and troubleshooting delays or breakdowns in the remarketing process.

You Will:

  • Monitor and process assigned system queues in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Review and validate milestone completion (e.g., pickup scheduling, condition reporting, title flow, auction readiness).

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational status inquiries.

  • Identify delays or breakdowns in the remarketing process

  • Troubleshoot routine operational issues

  • Escalate complex or high-impact issues to senior team members

  • Follow through to confirm issue resolution

  • Maintain documentation standards for audit and compliance purposes.

Must Have’s:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) or comparable tools.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage repetitive process work accurately.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have’s:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree.

  • 1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, recovery, collections, auction operations, or customer service.

  • Experience working in process-driven, metric-based environments.

Hourly: $20.00 - $23.00
