  • Job Description:
    As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their inquiries. You’ll provide high-quality service via phone, email, or live chat, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and processing orders.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Answer inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and order status.
    • Resolve customer issues, including complaints, refunds, and returns, ensuring a positive experience.
    • Document customer interactions, process returns, refunds, or exchanges, and provide feedback to the management team.
    • Troubleshoot issues related to products or services.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer concerns are addressed.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services.
    • Meet or exceed individual performance metrics related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
