The Remote Data Analyst will collect, organize, and analyze data to identify trends and improve decision-making, collaborating with teams remotely.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Data Analyst (Entry-Level) to join our growing team. In this role, you will support business operations by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to help identify trends, improve decision-making, and optimize company performance.
This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data, have strong analytical thinking skills, and are comfortable using spreadsheets and data visualization tools. The successful candidate will work remotely while collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize data from various internal and external sources.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decisions.
- Assist in maintaining and updating databases and data management systems.
- Verify data accuracy and resolve inconsistencies or discrepancies.
- Monitor data performance metrics and generate periodic reports.
- Support ongoing data projects and assist with process improvements.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of company data.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to interpret data and present findings clearly
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of databases and data management practices
