Digital Marketing Expert - Shape Our Growth and Empower Our Clients

We're seeking a dynamic and data-driven Digital Marketing Expert to join our team and play a pivotal role in both our internal marketing efforts and client consulting.

In this exciting role, you will:

  • Unleash your creativity: Conceptualize and implement engaging content campaigns across various channels, including SEO, social media, and traditional print media.

Requirements

Digital Marketing Expert Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or proven experience/training.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in a digital marketing role, with a demonstrated track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
  • Agency experience is a plus, but not required.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Digital Marketing Expertise:
    • Deep understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing).
    • Experience with developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns.
    • Proven ability to drive website traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data from various sources (Google Analytics, social media platforms, etc.).
    • Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and identify areas for improvement.
    • Experience in creating clear and concise marketing reports that communicate key findings and insights.
  • Content Marketing and SEO:
    • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to create engaging and informative content for various platforms (website, blog, social media, email).
    • Understanding of SEO principles and best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
    • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and SEO tools.
  • Social Media Marketing:
    • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their respective best practices.
    • Experience with developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.
    • Ability to create compelling social media content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external1 stakeholders.
    • Strong presentation skills with the ability to confidently present marketing plans and results to clients and colleagues.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other departments (sales, design, development).
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and CRM software.
    • Familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
    • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
