As a Remote Documentation Coordinator at Turquoise Health, you will manage, organize, and maintain internal and external documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Organize, maintain, and update company documents and records
- Ensure documentation meets internal and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with teams to gather and verify information
- Track version control and maintain digital filing systems
- Assist with reporting and internal audits
What You Bring to the Role:
- 1–3 years of experience in documentation, administrative support, or records management
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, document management tools, and collaboration platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Compensation:
$55,000 – $70,000 depending on experience
