As a Remote Documentation Coordinator at Turquoise Health, you will manage, organize, and maintain internal and external documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize, maintain, and update company documents and records
  • Ensure documentation meets internal and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with teams to gather and verify information
  • Track version control and maintain digital filing systems
  • Assist with reporting and internal audits

What You Bring to the Role:

  • 1–3 years of experience in documentation, administrative support, or records management
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, document management tools, and collaboration platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Compensation:
$55,000 – $70,000 depending on experience

Job Location
Fully remote within the US.
