As the Executive Vice President of Silverblaze, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and leading the execution of all functional areas. Above all, you will be a leader of people and a trusted partner for customers!

Functional areas of the business are sales, support, product development, and professional services.

Reporting to a Group Leader, the Executive Vice President (EVP) is responsible for achieving the growth and financial targets of the business. Your executive team will execute the strategies required to achieve your operating targets.

This remote role welcomes candidates anywhere in Canada and the US. Travel is required as needed, approximately 50 to 75%. Candidates must hold a current, valid passport and be legally eligible to travel internationally. This includes either passport based visa exemption or possession of any required travel visas for entry into Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean.


Base Salary: 175K - 205K

OTE: 240K - 280K

  • Achieve the net revenue and EBITA growth targets set by the company

  • Head monthly and quarterly briefings to Harris Executives regarding business plans and results

What are we looking for?

  • Sales-oriented and product-minded thinker

  • 10+ years of experience at a senior leadership level

  • 5+ years working in the Utility industry

  • Growth-mindset & capable of building meaningful relationships

  • Excellent leadership & communication skills

  • Experience managing a multi-functional group with a minimum of 75 team members

  • Experience managing an entire Profit and Lost statement with at least $10M in revenue

  • Comfortable with 50-75% travel
