The Outbound Sales Support Representative will manage outbound calls to current or prospective customers, assisting with product inquiries, setting up appointments, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. - Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to introduce products or services.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for sales representatives.
- Follow up with previous customers to gather feedback and offer additional products or services.
- Provide product information and answer customer questions during sales calls.
- Record all interactions and outcomes in CRM software.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met and sales opportunities are pursued.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales or lead-generation targets.
- Ensure that all outbound calls are professional, focused, and result-oriented.
