Included Health is seeking experienced and mission-driven Remote Physicians to support our fast-growing virtual care team. If you're passionate about transforming healthcare and providing high-quality, accessible care to diverse populations across the country, we’d love to hear from you.

What to Expect:

Minimum Requirements:
- Completion of a 3-year Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine residency
- Active ABMS or AOA Board Certification in Family Medicine or dual boarded Internal Medicine + Pediatrics
- 3+ years post residency experience in Urgent Care or Primary Care outpatient setting
- Active and unrestricted state medical license in state of residence; residing in an IMLC state is required
- Multi-state licensure preferred
- Experience and ability to provide care for all ages across the lifespan (newborn to geriatric)
- Must maintain Medicare active status
