We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Project Manager to oversee the seamless deployment of low voltage technology systems and solutions, with a focus on specific deployments of CCTV, Network, WiFi, Fiber, and Data Lines. As a remote project manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of these solutions for our clients located across various geographical locations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning: Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to gather project requirements, formulate project plans, and define project deliverables and timelines.

  2. Project Execution: Lead remote teams in the implementation and deployment of low voltage technology systems, including CCTV, Network, WiFi, Fiber, and Data Lines, ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and best practices.

  3. Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, including remote contractors and subcontractors as necessary, to meet project milestones and timelines.

  4. Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues, create mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve any challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.

  5. Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, team members, and clients through regular meetings, updates, and status reports.

Requirements
  1. Proven experience (2 years) as a Project Manager in the low voltage technology systems industry, specifically with deployments of CCTV, Network, WiFi, Fiber, and Data Lines.

  2. Strong project management skills, including project planning, execution, resource allocation, risk management, and budget control.

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with remote teams, clients, and stakeholders.

  4. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  5. In-depth knowledge of low voltage technology systems, industry standards, and best practices.

  6. Familiarity with project management software and tools for remote collaboration and communication.

  7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding practical solutions while considering project constraints.

  8. PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
