As we expand, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Reporting Analyst to join our remote team and help turn data into insights that guide smarter decisions.
Position Overview
The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for gathering data across projects and departments, building reports and dashboards, and providing actionable insights to management. This role is 100% remote, but you’ll collaborate closely with our project managers, finance team, and operations leadership.
What You’ll Do
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources (project management systems, financial tools, maintenance logs, field reports).
Build and maintain dashboards and reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to track KPIs such as project timelines, costs, labor productivity, and maintenance performance.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and communicate findings to leadership in a clear, actionable way.
Support budgeting and forecasting by analyzing historical data.
Partner with project managers and operations to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
Recommend improvements to data collection and reporting processes.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience as a Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
Strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros) and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
Solid understanding of data analysis, visualization, and KPI reporting.
Excellent communication skills — able to turn complex data into simple, clear insights.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
(Nice to have) Experience in construction, facilities management, or related industries.
(Nice to have) Knowledge of SQL or similar database query tools.
