Remote Social Media Specialist

The Role:
This role is remote within the United States.

As a Remote Social Media Specialist at Turquoise Health, you will manage and grow the company’s social media presence, creating engaging content and driving brand awareness across platforms.

This position is ideal for someone who is creative, analytical, and passionate about connecting with audiences in a fast-paced, fully remote startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, schedule, and publish content across social media channels
• Monitor engagement, analyze metrics, and optimize performance
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams for campaigns
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices
• Support social media strategy and reporting

What You Bring to the Role:

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or marketing
• Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with social media platforms, analytics tools, and Google Workspace
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines independently
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Compensation:
$55,000 – $70,000 depending on experience

Job Location

Turquoise Health is a fully remote company based in the US. We work with team members and contractors in the US and around the world, but we operate on US business hours and work with clients entirely based in the US. For this role, we are seeking US-based candidates.
