The Role:
This role is remote within the United States.
As a Remote Training Content Developer at Turquoise Health, you will create training materials and onboarding resources to support employees and clients in effectively using our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and tutorials
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy
- Create engaging multimedia content for remote learning
- Update training materials based on product changes and feedback
- Track and assess training effectiveness
What You Bring to the Role:
- 1–3 years of experience in instructional design, training, or content development
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, LMS platforms, and multimedia tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Compensation:
$60,000 – $75,000 depending on experience
