  • Job Description:
    The Remote Virtual Call Center Agent handles a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls. This role involves resolving customer issues and providing information regarding products and services.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Answer inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
    • Handle outbound calls to follow up with customers, resolve complaints, or check satisfaction levels.
    • Document customer calls, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
    • Provide a first-call resolution and ensure timely issue escalation when needed.
    • Assist in educating customers about products, services, promotions, and billing.
    • Maintain call metrics (e.g., call time, first call resolution rate) and strive to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution satisfaction and offer additional support if necessary.
