Overview:

We’re looking for a Renewals Manager to own and drive the end-to-end renewal process for our existing customers. This role ensures our customers continue their partnership with Hypori while supporting our growth and retention objectives. You’ll collaborate closely with our Technical Account Managers (TAMs) and post-sales teams to deliver a seamless renewal experience — balancing commercial acumen, operational precision, and customer focus.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of customer success, operations, and sales — someone who can manage complex renewal cycles, execute contracts accurately, and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Renewal Management: Own the renewal cycle for assigned customers, typically engaging 180 days before contract end date to drive timely renewal closure and forecast review with CRO and sales leadership.
  • Customer Collaboration: Partner with Technical Account Managers and the post-sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and surface renewal risks early.
  • Contract Execution: Prepare, process, and manage renewal agreements and supporting documentation in Salesforce and our contract management systems.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and report on Gross Retention, Renewal ARR, and renewal pipeline metrics.
  • Retention Ownership: Achieve and exceed assigned Gross Retention Rate (GRR) targets by managing risk, addressing objections, and ensuring timely renewals.
  • Expansion Identification: Spot and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the customer base; route expansion opportunities to account executives and be incentivized for sourced expansion ARR.
  • Process Excellence: Partner with Revenue Operations to continuously improve the renewal workflow, automation, and reporting.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor for customers during renewal discussions, ensuring clear communication of terms and value delivered.

Required and Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in renewals, customer success, or inside sales within a SaaS or subscription-based business.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving retention and renewal quota metrics.
  • Strong contract management and negotiation skills; comfortable navigating legal and commercial terms. Preference on familiarity with government contracting, SEWP, or other federal procurement vehicles.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM), with strong attention to data hygiene and forecasting accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for customers.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven; comfortable juggling multiple renewal cycles simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset and thrives in cross-functional environments with Customer Success, Sales, and Finance.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, DocuSign CLM, or similar quoting and contract management tools.

Pay Range

$125,000 - $140,000 (USD)
